TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service govern the use of floorsupply.cn and purchases from FLOORSSUPPLY, operated by Qingdao Pengfeng Building Materials Co., Ltd.

By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Products and Information

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, images and prices. Product color, packaging, labeling or minor specifications may differ due to manufacturing updates, supplier changes or screen display differences.

Professional machinery, tools and chemicals must be selected and operated by qualified persons. Customers are responsible for confirming product compatibility, voltage, specifications, intended application and local compliance before ordering.

Prices and Payment

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website. Shipping charges, import duties, taxes and customs fees may be charged separately.

We reserve the right to correct pricing, description or availability errors and to cancel or refund affected orders before fulfillment.

Orders are not confirmed until payment has been authorized or an agreed bank transfer has been received.

Quotations and Machinery Orders

Machinery, heavy equipment, customized products and wholesale orders may require a separate written quotation.

A quotation may specify product configuration, shipping terms, production time, payment schedule, warranty and applicable Incoterms. Where a written quotation conflicts with these general Terms, the written quotation takes priority for that order.

Shipping and Delivery

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Customs inspections, carrier delays, weather, remote-area restrictions and other events outside our control may affect delivery.

Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address and contact information.

Duties and Taxes

Unless the order or quotation expressly states that delivery is DDP, orders are shipped on a DAP basis. The buyer is responsible for import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees and compliance with local import requirements.

Intellectual Property

Website content, product descriptions, graphics, logos, photographs and other materials may not be copied, reproduced or commercially used without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from misuse, incorrect installation, unauthorized modification, failure to follow safety instructions or use of a product for an unsuitable application.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Qingdao Pengfeng Building Materials Co., Ltd. Any mandatory consumer protections in the customer’s jurisdiction remain unaffected.
