GX-1000 Ride-On Remote Control Concrete Floor Grinder
The GX-1000 is a ride-on concrete floor grinder with remote control for large-area concrete grinding, polishing and floor renovation. Its 22 kW motor and 990 mm working width support demanding surface preparation projects, while self-propelled travel helps reduce manual pushing.
Planetary Grinding System
Four 345 mm grinding discs use a planetary gearbox to support consistent surface processing. Adjustable disc and planetary rotation speeds allow operators to adapt the grinding action to different tasks.
Ride-On and Remote Control Operation
The ride-on design helps reduce operator effort during extended floor preparation work. Remote control allows operators to manage machine travel and grinding functions, with an adjustable travel speed of up to 20 m/min.
Floor Preparation and Renovation
An integrated frame and three-stage counterweight design support handling and grinding adjustment. Use the GX-1000 for concrete surface preparation, existing floor renovation and polishing with appropriate tooling.
