Welcome to FLOORSUPPLY. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from us. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

GRINDPRO is operated by Qingdao Pengfeng Building Materials Co., Ltd. ("we," "our," or "us"), a company registered in Qingdao, Shandong, China. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Qingdao Pengfeng Building Materials Co., Ltd.

2. Product Information

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, and images. However:

Product colors may vary slightly due to monitor display differences
Specifications are subject to change without notice for product improvement
All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified
Prices do not include import duties, taxes, or customs fees unless explicitly stated

3. Orders & Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason
A binding contract is formed when we confirm your order via email and payment is received
You are responsible for providing accurate order and shipping information

4. Payment Terms

Payment is required prior to shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing
Accepted payment methods include T/T (wire transfer), L/C at sight, and other methods as agreed
All payments must be made in the quoted currency
Bank transfer fees and currency conversion costs are the responsibility of the buyer

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier (FOB origin)
Buyer is responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control

6. Warranty

Equipment products carry a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects from date of delivery
Consumable products (diamond tools, pads, chemicals) are not warrantied against normal wear and tear
Warranty is void if the product has been misused, modified, or improperly maintained
Our sole obligation under warranty is, at our option, to repair or replace defective products

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website including text, images, logos, product designs, and trademarks is the property of GRINDPRO or our licensors and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GRINDPRO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of our products or services. Our total aggregate liability under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific products giving rise to the claim.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through good faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to arbitration in Qingdao, China, in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services following changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
